Hi, I’m Dana, the creator of At Home on the Road. My goal is simple: help people slow down, get outside, and create meaningful memories.
With a background in hospitality and real estate, I’ve always believed the details matter when it comes to creating a comfortable experience. Whether it’s hosting friends, welcoming clients, or setting up a perfect campsite, I love creating spaces where people can relax and enjoy their time together.
My travel companion is Finn, a very large and very lovable Great Dane who joins me on many of our adventures.
At Home on the Road started when I bought my first camper and quickly fell in love with RV camping. There’s something special about morning coffee outside, evenings around a fire, and the slower pace that comes with time in nature.
I realized many people want to experience camping but don’t want the stress of owning an RV or figuring out all the setup. That’s why I created a simple solution — a fully stocked camper with delivery and setup available so guests can arrive to a ready campsite and simply enjoy their getaway.
My goal is to make camping comfortable, easy, and memorable. You just show up, settle in, and enjoy the adventure.

The camper comes equipped with cookware, dishes, linens, towels, and helpful starter supplies so you don’t have to pack everything from home.
With a king bed for the adults, full-size bunk beds, and additional sleeping space from the sofa and dinette, there’s room for families, couples, or small groups.
Enjoy the outdoors with LED lighting under the awning, comfortable seating, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for relaxing evenings at the campsite.

This young family was the very first to pilot the At Home on the Road camper during a weekend trip to beautiful Inks Lake State Park in the Texas Hill Country.
The camper was delivered and fully set up at their campsite, allowing them to simply arrive and start enjoying their getaway. During their stay they cooked meals together, watched a movie inside the camper, spent time by the lake, and even had a memorable moment rescuing their adventurous little dog after an unexpected swim.
